The Sphere is a music and entertainment building located in Las Vegas Nevada, that shows different imagery on the outside and inside of it. The inside is not what you would expect from a building like this; there is a screen that goes around and covers the whole Sphere that shows all kinds of different images. You guessed it, the building is shaped like a sphere. For example, something they showed on the screen was an eyeball. Which is funny considering the building is shaped like an eyeball.
This building is one of the newest structures built in Las Vegas. The Madison Square Garden company started the building process in late 2018 which is crazy because they didn’t finish the process until September of 2023 and when they fina;;y finished It cost them roughly 2.3 billion dollars to construct. There are 18,600 seats inside of the Sphere. When you are in Vegas and you’re driving by and look at it then you’re probably thinking no way it can fit 18,600 seats. Well, a fun fact about the sphere is that it is the largest sphere shaped structure ever built. A lot of different activities that occur in the sphere are crazy boxing matches that you should definitely go check out, award shows, and sick music concerts.
